About

Here is my story:  I wrote a book (with lots of help from other people) then I had to publish it.  Choosing a name for my publishing house was easy – something which tripped off the tongue and was very personal to me – Vikenzo Books was named after two of my closest and devoted companions.

Kenzo is the ginger and white one, a huge character sadly no longer with us.  He was highly intelligent and king of the road.  He would confidently invite himself into other people’s houses and fearlessly step out in front of moving cars.  He was feisty but very caring and loyal.

Victor is the black and white one, a cuddly friendly moggy who comes when you call him.  Very playful and energetic, his favourite toy is a dangly frog on a stick. When he has worn himself out, he curls up on one of his colourful blankets. To get your attention, he will blissfully flop over in front of you and then roll around on the floor.

Both cats came from Battersea Old Windsor and with time, settled into family life.  They both contributed to the book in their own ways, loyally keeping me company and helped me to hang on to my sanity and remain focussed.
